Hi Everyone! Another beautiful week in South Florida! It becomes so evident, why we live here! The weather has been amazing so far this winter!
Ok, unfortunately, most of my male instructor friends, can’t talk about this topic, and it needs to be brought up! Most of us have a question about it, so here it is….Boobs and golf.
If you know me, you have realized that I have been overly blessed in this area (and if you don’t, you know now :p ), so I am speaking from experience.
#1 – If you are a D cup or higher, get a good sports bra! It helps. If anything, it reels them in, so we are not quite so self-conscious.
#2 – They go along for the ride, don’t worry about them. You don’t need to go over, under or through them.
Squeeze those elbows together at address and it will all fall into place! It’s that simple! Hope this helps! If you have any questions, let me know!
