Downloaded DVDs are non-refundable. There is no exception to this policy.
DVD Set with Purchase of Downloaded DVD - Once the downloaded DVD has processed, the only allowable refund will be the premium you paid to receive both the DVD Set to compliment your download. For instance, if you paid $179.99 for both items (where retail price for DVD Set alone is $149.99), and you wish to return the DVD Set, you will be entitled to a refund only on the $30 premium you paid if you return the DVD Set unopened, per instructions below.
DVD Sets - You may return an unopened DVD Set within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Since opened DVDs can be copied, there are no refunds on opened DVD Sets. Defective DVDs will be exchanged for the EXACT same DVD. There are NO exceptions to this policy. If you have modified the DVD in any way, it is no longer returnable for exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, writing on the product or labeling the product or any alterations to the product or labels on the product. If you need to exchange a DVD, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the product. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization (RA) prior to exchanging a product. When obtaining a RA, we need the following information: Your name, telephone number along with the area code, your Order Number, and the reason you are returning.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE after you receive your DVDs. There is no exception to this policy. When returning items to us, use a sturdy carton (the original carton you received if possible) that will prevent damage to the discs. Do not use a Jiffy Bag, brown paper, or other soft containers.
BOOK POLICY: There are no returns on books. All sales are final.
CLOTHING POLICY: If you ordered the wrong size, Shirts may be exchanged within 7 Days of receipt.
OTHER MERCHANDISE: There are no returns on other merchandise. All sales are final.

We cannot accept returns of items purchased from other merchants. Items that are purchased somewhere else must be returned to the merchant according to their return guidelines.
